During the training, the team will look after the edible landscape until full production,  so you can have abundant baskets of fresh produce.  Walking around in your own landscape garden is nice, collecting fresh, rejuvenating teas to brew.   These garden teas are good to aid digestion, insomnia, fatigue, allergies, menstrual discomfort, cold, and flu.
